List of Required Tests
Before your surgery, you will be asked to complete the following tests and exams. The exact list may vary depending on the type of surgery, your age, and health status — please confirm this with your doctor during your consultation.
- 01Complete blood count (CBC)
- 02Blood type and Rh factor
- 03Blood clotting tests (coagulogram)
- 04Blood chemistry panel (liver and kidney function)
- 05Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, HIV, and RW (syphilis) screening
- 06General urinalysis
- 07ECG (electrocardiogram)
- 08Chest X-ray / fluorography (within the last 12 months)
- 09General physician's clearance
- 10For female patients — gynecologist's clearance
Tests are usually done 10–14 days before surgery, and results remain valid for 2 weeks. Please bring your results to your consultation or on the day of surgery.
