Your journey

01

Consultation & Planning

Assessment of skin elasticity and tissue distribution on the inner or outer thighs. Selecting the surgical approach.

02

Surgical Marking

Precise standing pre-operative marking, placing incisions within natural groin creases for optimal concealment.

03

Liposuction & Resection

Where needed, excess fat is liposuctioned, followed by precise resection of the sagging skin-fat apron.

04

Fixation & Suturing

Deep fascia and underlying tissues are anchored and lifted, followed by meticulous cosmetic suturing.

05

Recovery Stage

Special compression garments are worn. As swelling subsides, an ideal and smooth thigh silhouette is revealed.

04

Rehabilitation

🏥
Day 1–2

Inpatient

1–2 days in hospital. Rest, drains, and pain management care.

🛏️
Week 1–2

Home rest

Restricted physical activity. Wearing compression garments 24/7.

🚶
Week 3–4

Light activity

Gradual return to desk work and light walking.

🏃
Week 6

Lifting restrictions

Discontinuing compression garments. Light sports activities permitted.

🌟
Month 3–6

Final contour

All swelling resolves. Thighs achieve their final contoured and toned shape.

05

Scar progression

How the scar changes — from surgery to final result

Scars are placed within natural skin folds and become virtually unnoticeable over time. Proper care and sun protection speed up the fading process. For most patients, the scar blends with the surrounding skin within 12–18 months.

01
Wk 2–3

Suture removal

The scar is pink-red and slightly raised. Scar care begins — silicone gel or tape.

02
Mo 1–3

Active healing

Colour darkens to deep pink. The scar may thicken — this is normal. Avoid sun exposure and wear compression garments.

03
Mo 3–6

Maturation

The scar lightens, softens, and flattens. Itching and heightened sensitivity fade.

04
Mo 12–18

Final appearance

The scar takes on a silvery-beige tone and becomes barely visible, aligning with underwear lines.
